SHIPPING & POLICIES

Shipping Policies

Domestic Shipping

  • Order cancellations received before our carriers pickup will be able to process with little to no issues (some items may not be included and/or may be subject to a restocking fee).
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once our carriers have picked up your package, these will then need to be sent back to us before a refund will be processed.
  • Orders are only processed and shipped Monday-Friday, unless a holiday falls on one of these days.
  • Any orders received for Out-of-Stock Items, customers will be contacted via email to discuss lead time and next steps to take. Most products should list any additional lead time needed to complete but in the event they do not, and an order is placed you will be contacted.
  • Some Items & Special Orders (Including but not limited to Öhlins Products, GPR Stabilizer, CARB Restricted Items)- Ship times will vary and may add a few days in handling time
  • Some Items may be subject to additional handling fees EVEN during promotional periods offering free shipping.
  • We offer Standard USPS First Class or Priority & FedEx depending on weights and items ordered to all of the United States including Hawaii and Alaska and its territories. Delivery times may vary from 2-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping options are available at an extra cost through USPS & FedEx and may be requested at time of checkout or by contacting us to set something up.
  • Requesting priority shipping, will only apply to the delivery time specified by the carrier chosen, this in no way suggests we will process your order any sooner. Our handling times will still apply, see above.
  • Overnight Shipping is available at an additional charge, however we will not process any overnight requests after 2pm CST, these requests will be filled the next day.
  • Any shipping options chosen by the customer that require additional charges, are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
  • Please be advised, once your packages leave our facility we have no control over carrier disruptions that may cause a delay in delivery times. Unless, you have paid for a guaranteed delivery time(i.e. overnight shipping or FedEx 2-Day) we will NOT refund shipping charges due to carrier disruptions.
  • If package is lost in transit and does not arrive at your location, PLEASE CONTACT RAMJET AND DO NOT CALL THE COURIER. If you contact the courier directly, we will be unable to assist in providing a solution.

California Customers

  • If you plan on purchasing any fuel, air or exhaust related component you may be restricted due to C.A.R.B. policies.
  • ANY part that does not fit under the C.A.R.B. polices cannot be sold or shipped to California Residents unless it is for RACE USE ONLY!
  • IF you are using your part for RACE USE ONLY we require a signed copy of C.A.R.B. waiver (See Below) to be filled out and returned PRIOR to releasing your shipment. OR you can COPY & PASTE the link below into your browser for a PDF version. Fill out, sign and return the form via email to RETURNS@RAMJETRACING.COM

    International Shipping

    • International Buyers please be aware you are responsible for all shipping, taxes, customs and/or fees that may be incurred with goods shipping internationally. Any of the fees regarding customs or duties our entirely out of Ramjet's control and are NOT our responsibility. These charges may vary depending on things like type of contents, cost of goods or location. IF you are concerned of this and need information such as product weight, dimensions or the cost of goods so you can obtain a quote, please email us at returns@ramjetracing.com prior to placing your order.
    • Shipping options for our International Customers are available from following (delivery times provided are an estimated time of delivery based on our international shipping experiences and information provided by our carriers):

    • All other policies apply from our Domestic Shipping Section

    Refund Policies

    • Please contact us before returning items.
    • International Customers, please contact us before returning your process is slightly different.
    • Any products that have been used or installed are non-refundable.
    • All returns & order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • No returns on close-out or sale items.
    • When returning products, they must be in original packaging and packed well. We will not be responsible for damage in transit back to us! If returned damaged the return will not be accepted at all or there may be a 15% restock fee, NO EXCEPTIONS!
    • Any Special Order Items (Including but not limited to Öhlins, Electrical Components, items shipped directly from the manufacturer etc...) will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact us before hand at:
