The Soundstream WHD.9813 is a premium upgrade head unit designed specifically for 1998–2013 Harley-Davidson® Touring Series motorcycles, offering modern connectivity, enhanced audio control, and a bright widescreen display — all while maintaining a factory-style installation. Designed to install directly into the OEM fairing using factory mounting hardware and the original AM/FM antenna, the WHD.9813 requires no brackets, trim panels, or antenna adapters, making installation simple and clean.
