Titanium Nitrite Coating or (TNC) is a friction reducing and wear resistant hard ceramic material that is used to coat our fork tubes.

DLC Coating is an extremely hard finish that is corrosion resistant and provides less friction

DLC and TNC coatings are Specialty coatings that reduce friction, wear and resist corrosion! They are not Scratch or Ding resistant. Additional Care and Maintenance is Required.

Important notes : 

  • 49mm Touring tubes : If you plan on running a aftermarket cartridge kit these tubes are designed to accepted '14-'16 style cartridges kits only!
  • 39mm Dyna / FXR / Sportster : Tubes do not work with FXDX or FXDXT factory cartridges. They will work with aftermarket cartridges.
  • 49mm Dyna tubes : Not offered in black DLC at this time

Sizes :

  • 39mm : 24.25” = stock , 26.25” = +2”
  • 41mm (Touring) : 20.25” = stock , 22.25” = +2”
  • 49mm (Touring) : 22.875” = stock , 24.875” = +2”
  • 49mm (Dyna) : 25.5” = stock , 27.5” = +2”
